Description: The project relocated Southern Newspapers Printing and Editorial from their Bournemouth western operations to a new site at Weymouth. The principal structure is over four floors cut into a steeply sloping site with support areas and offices being effectively at an upper ground floor level with main production and delivery facilities being at a lower ground floor level. Accommodation comprises a press hall accommodation, in-line presses, manual reel store, plate making, mail room dispatch, support spaces and editorial offices.
