Description: WGI has designed and delivered the Daily Telegraph offices in both London & Manchester. In London the project provided for new press technology and housed 14 press lines in a fully air-conditioned environment, manual & automatic high bay reel store, AGV paper handling system, publishing, associated office, and staff welfare facilities. In Manchester the building was designed as a flexible production facility and provides 15,000m² of space which accommodates: a fully airconditioned press hall for four press lines, plate making, automated reel laydown, delivery and stripping stations, publishing, inserting, dispatch, support spaces and editorial offices.
