Description:
In deciding to relocate its International Division from New York to London, E&Y selected WGI to deliver their new space for them in Devonshire House. We had to sympathetically handle American expectations in this listed building, which required a complete strip-out and refurbishment. The facilities included a new reception, a mixture of cellular offices and open plan, high-quality meeting rooms, and a heavily serviced boardroom providing seat pop-up video conferencing and projection equipment within the purpose built table. A unique multicolour blending carpet design supported a quality fit-out and greatly assisted wayfinding in this contorted building floor plate.
