Description: Following their demerger from Centrica, the Automobile Association maintained their long association with WGI, appointing us for the complete refurbishment of their original 180,000 sqft HQ in Fanum House, Basingstoke. Working very closely with the client in this occupied building, WGII have designed upgraded facilities including reception, extended meeting rooms, a new café/touch down centre, restaurant, entrance canopy, office areas, cores and toilets. Working to a limited budget and tight phased timescales the whole scheme has uplifted this 1970’s building to a modern, contemporary operational facility.
