Six Estates, London Borough of Hackney

Description: The proposal formed part of a competition for the regeneration of six estates in Hackney (circ. 1000 dwellings) and was undertaken on the behalf of Countryside in Partnership and Southern Housing Group. The illustrated scheme was for the redevelopment of Alexandra National House and culminates in a 22 storey tower. The scheme comprises of 250 apartments above a commercial base with a basement car park of 85 bays.
