Description: Approximately 250 new mixed-tenure flats on a series of infill sites adjoining existing estates in the Stamford Hill area. As a series of small projects it combines the benefits of using unused or derelict land, providing many additional homes, as well as increasing the value of the housing association's portfolio. The new dwellings are a mixture of social rent, shared ownership and open market sale and one of the sites includes a community centre.
