Client: East Thames Housing Group
Description: We prepared a number of alternative proposals for this site situated in London Docklands. The studies formed part of a wider options appraisal over a portfolio of sites, exploring options for bringing existing stock up to “Decent Homes” standards, on behalf of East Thames Housing Group. The final scheme was for a design competition to which a selected number of architects were invited for a high-density mixed-tenure development of 150 new-build flats and maisonettes.
