Description: Full design to RIBA stage D for 63 new-build mixed-tenure flats in North London. The project resulted from our Asset Review for East Thames Housing group, of a portfolio of sites across East London, including options appraisals for existing low-density social rented housing that requires upgrading to meet “Decent Homes” standards. Where practicable, redevelopment and site intensification is examined as a means of improving housing conditions for existing tenants whilst carrying out wider environmental improvements, widening the housing tenure mix and increasing the site value.
