Original masterplan for the regeneration of an existing housing estate with 650 new mixed-tenure houses, low-rise flats, a community centre and retail shops, re-establishing a traditional street pattern. WGI is responsible for the design and delivery of the new build for the whole site. Commencing in 1998, the development has been phased over ten years in order to enable the community to remain intact and eliminating double-decanting of residents.
