Description: Development of 7 new theatres, new laboratories, a critical care unit and sterile services. A costed option appraisal study examined various development configurations, with a new-build, stand alone building being the preferred arrangement. The project is being developed along aesthetic guidelines established within a design guide for the entire hospital complex.
