Client: Medway Hospital Foundation Trust
Description: We have been commissioned by Medway Hospital Foundation Trust to develop an estates strategy for the hospital. The strategy includes 100% single patient rooms, enlarged emergency department for a regional trauma centre, higher levels of critical care beds and increased surgical capacity. In addition, we are planning for the introduction of chemotherapy, oncology and urology, as well as enlarged women’s and children’s services for the growth of the Medway towns and the Thames Corridor areas.
